In 2022, under the chairmanship of Udaya Abeysekera, Sisili Projects Consortium began its newest venture, Recruits Plus, a global recruitment service committed to delivering comprehensive human capital services.

Our aim is to satisfy both our clients and candidates with our exceptional services, which will benefit both clients and candidates. We stay in touch with the latest technologies and adapt to the ever-changing needs of the marketplace to serve our clients and candidates better and meet all our clients’ recruitment needs.

At Recruits Plus we take the necessary time to understand our clients’ needs and ensure a precise response using our global candidate network, specialized industry knowledge, and local market experience. Our solutions-based offering includes Permanent Staffing, Contract Staffing, and Search Solutions which are tailor-made to suit our clients.

ABOUT

SISILI PROJECTS CONSORTIUM

Sisili Projects Consortium was founded as Sriyani Industries in 1980 venturing into business as a small-scale absorbent cotton gauze manufacturing company that supplied the local requirements of public hospitals under the Ministry of Health in Sri Lanka. Operating from a few factories located in southern Sri Lanka, in a few years, Sriyani Industries grew to be the second largest manufacturer and supplier of absorbent cotton gauze to the public health sector of the country.

In 2002, Sisili Projects Consortium was founded, and operations began focusing on other medical disposables, devices, and equipment. Moreover, Sisili expanded its manufacturing ventures internationally by representing principals from Europe, India, and China for the benefit of Sri Lanka’s public and private health sectors. Sisili has grown into a company with 4 subsidiaries: Healthcare, Encare, Trading, and Engineering. Throughout its 43 years of existence, Sisili has been able to establish a reputation for quality, consistency, and delivery.
